mmm cheese

Good morning, Good afternoon, Good evening where ever you are.

For those of you who don't know yet, my grandpa is back at home finally as of the end of last week.
He had some complications and they had to bring in a specialist but he is doing better and finally home.

Well I just stopped home to pick of my eBay purchase and will head back to the church for youth group. mmm, just cut up a few slices from a wedge of imported fontina. mmm so good with crackers. I think I'm becoming a cheese fan. So far my fav is havarti, with gouda at a close second. I'm really liking this fontina though, it's the first time I've tried it. It has a similar flavor to gouda and parmesan.

Finally a new update!

Sorry it's been so long since I've updated. Been pretty craze with school and work.

My grandpa is in the hospital, he had a 5-bypass open heart surgery last Friday. Hopefully sometime this week he will be able to go home. He was not doing well at all yesterday but is doing better today. I appreciate everyone's prayers.
Needless to say, I've been at the hospital allot the past few days.

I'll start getting more regular on this again.
